***NEW GENTLE YOGA CLASS*** Fridays, 10-11am

Triratna Buddhist Centre, Castlefields, Queen St, Shrewsbury SY1 2JU

Flow yoga, suitable for anyone who would benefit from a gentle yoga class. (If you are a new mum, I would advise waiting until 12 weeks postnatal, depending on how you are feeling.)
We practice yoga flows, pranayama and relaxation. It is designed for those in need of an hour of me time or a chance for self care. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, replenished and re-energised.

Please bring a yoga mat.

£8 drop in, no need to book, just turn up when you’d like to!

Pregnancy Yoga, Saturdays, 9:30 -10:30am

Triratna Buddhist Centre, Castlefields, Queen St, Shrewsbury SY1 2JU

Pre-natal yoga is empowering and helps women to feel prepared and confident about their pregnancy and labour. Practicing yoga in pregnancy can keep you strong, calm and help you bond with your baby.

In this class, as well as going through yoga flow sequences, we practice breathing techniques to use in pregnancy, in labour and in the postnatal period. Each class ends with a lovely relaxation – a great way to go into the rest of your weekend. We all have tea together afterwards. It is a fabulous way to meet other pregnant women in the area.

The class is suitable for all pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. Do contact me if you have any questions or would like to know more.

ONE-to-ONE pregnancy yoga lessons

Practicing yoga in pregnancy can keep you strong, calm and help you bond with your baby. It can also help you have an active, natural labour – if that is what you are looking for. I work with women one-to-one to come up with a complete bespoke yoga programme to help them through pregnancy and prepare them for birth.

ONE-to-ONE vinyasa flow yoga lessons

Privates can be really valuable if there is something particular in your practice that you would like to work on or if you are totally new to yoga and want to find out more about it before joining a group class. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
