Pre-natal yoga is empowering and helps women to feel prepared and confident about their pregnancy and labour. Practicing yoga in pregnancy can keep you strong, calm and help you bond with your baby.

In this class, as well as going through yoga flow sequences, we practice breathing techniques to use in pregnancy, in labour and in the postnatal period. Each class ends with a lovely relaxation – a great way to go into the rest of your weekend. We all have tea together afterwards. It is a fabulous way to meet other pregnant women in the area and many firm friendships have been formed in this class.

The class is suitable for all pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. Classes in Shrewsbury run all throughout the year but are organised into 5 week blocks. Do contact me if you have any questions or would like to know more.

Please bring a yoga mat. It is usually possible to start midway through a block.

GENTLE CLASS, Fridays, 10-11am

Flow yoga, suitable for anyone who would benefit from a gentle yoga class.

We practice yoga flows, pranayama and relaxation. It is designed for those in need of an hour of me time or a chance for self care. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, replenished and re-energised. Cup of tea afterwards!

£8 drop in, please bring a yoga mat
